Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Sales and Logistics Operations Manager to lead nationwide sales performance while ensuring strong sales execution and operational alignment for a high-volume consumer-focused business.

The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on oversight of distributor performance, sales processes, and coordination with supply chain and support teams across the country.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in regional or senior sales leadership.
• Strong background in general trade, modern trade, and distributor-led sales environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving strong field execution.
• Solid understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and inventory coordination.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide as required.
• Proficient in Bisaya, Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Waray-waray, Aklanon, Surigaonon & Butuanon dialects.

Aufgaben

• Lead nationwide sales activities to achieve revenue, volume, and distribution targets.
• Develop and implement national sales plans aligned with operational capacity and supply availability.
• Manage and coach regional and area sales teams to ensure consistent execution and performance.
• Oversee distributor performance, market coverage, inventory levels, and service standards.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and demand planning in coordination with Supply Chain.
• Drive trade execution, route-to-market efficiency, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance, operational efficiency, and cost controls.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and execution gaps to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams for promotions and product launches.
• Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management
