Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Territory Business Manager to develop and expand a loyal customer base for Pilmico Foods Corporation across the designated territory in the Philippines. You will build sustainable relationships with farms, feed mills, integrators, and traders while driving sales growth and expanding market share.

The role also oversees customer credit terms, ensures compliance with corporate credit policies, and collaborates on placing strategies, pricing, and KRAs to achieve revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; veterinary/agri degrees are a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• 2+ years in a related field or 4+ years in sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a loyal customer base for Pilmico Foods Corporation in the territory.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with farms, feed mills, integrators, and traders.
• Drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen company presence.
• Verify customer information and assess creditworthiness according to policies.
• Lead lead-generation activities and negotiate with prospective customers.
• Plan territory KRAs and support AR collection efforts.
• Provide technical training to third-party service providers and monitor performance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any four-year business-related course. A degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness Management, Agriculture, or a related field is an advantage.
