Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to drive growth across the designated territory in the Philippines. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and managing the full sales cycle from order placement to fulfillment and after-sales service.

The supervisor will develop territory strategies, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Accounting to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement a territory sales plan to meet quotas.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Accounting).
• Identify new business opportunities and grow product categories.
• Prepare sales reports and provide data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets
• Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers’ real-time needs
• Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics, Accounting, After-sales, etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities, grow product categories and engage with potential clients
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making
