You will lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to order placement and fulfillment—while building strong customer relationships and ensuring profitability. You will collaborate with Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics, and Accounting to analyze performance, adjust plans, and report on progress toward sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets
• Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers’ real-time needs
• Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics, Accounting, After-sales, etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities, grow product categories and engage with potential clients
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making
