Training and Marketing Professionals, Inc. (TMPI) is looking for a (4) Territory Sales Executive - Manila Area.

Overview

• Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for acquiring new merchants, building strong and long‑term relationships with merchants, and ensuring effective adoption of Bukupay’s digital payment solutions within the assigned area.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in payments, fintech, FMCG, telecommunications, or banking with a strong focus on merchant acquisition is preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of QRPh, EDC, and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Proven experience in acquiring merchants in local markets.
• Willing to travel and perform regular field visits.
• Possess a strong merchant network and database.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, resilient, and highly committed.
• Able to be assigned in the Manila Area.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants (offline and online) in line with assigned area targets.
• Promote and educate merchants on BukuPay products, including QRPh, EDC, and/or POS solutions.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure merchant activation, usage, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to drive retention and transaction growth.
• Manage the merchant acquisition pipeline and provide regular sales progress reports.
• Identify market potential and expansion opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support merchant onboarding, resolve operational issues, and address merchant needs.
• Ensure acquisition quality in accordance with company standards.
