Job summary

So-En Garments Corporation is seeking a Sales Agent to scout, engage, and develop customers across assigned provincial areas. The role focuses on expanding our garment products’ footprint and building strong client relationships.

You will sell products, service existing accounts, generate daily call reports and territory analyses, monitor competition, and help shape pricing and policy through feedback to management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least 2 years of college in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Sales.
• Highly motivated with strong customer service skills.
• Experience in Garments Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scout, engage, and develop potential clients in assigned provincial areas.
• Sell products and meet customers' needs; service existing accounts and establish new ones.
• Submit activity and results reports (daily call reports, weekly plans, monthly/annual territory analyses).
• Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy based on results and competition.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions to management.
• Maintain historical records of area and customer sales.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
