Qualifications

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Sales.
• Candidate must possess at least 2 years in College, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Highly motivated.
• Experience in Garments Industry is preferred.
• With extensive customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Scout, engage, and conduct potential clients in assigned provincial areas.
• Sell products and meet customers' needs.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports (daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses).
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education

2+ years in College, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
