Job summary

PEPSI COLA PRODUCTS PHILIPPINES INC. in the Philippines seeks a Sales & Distribution leader to plan, lead, supervise, execute, coordinate and monitor sales and distribution plans for the assigned territory.

You will operate within plant strategies and corporate parameters to achieve targets, and work with distributors to optimize performance and market share. This role requires a college graduate with 2+ years in field sales management, including familiarity with traditional trade or accounts

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably management or finance related.
• At least two years field sales management experience, including one year in traditional trade/distributor or account management.
• Understands key financial indicators and market dynamics for consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, supervise, execute, coordinate and monitor Sales & Distribution plans for the assigned territory within plant strategies and corporate parameters to achieve targets.
