Qualifications

• Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; sales experience is an advantage but not required.

• Core competencies: excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and customer-centric.
• Mobility: willing to perform field/outdoor sales across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: conduct regular field visits to existing clients and potential accounts within your territory.
• Relationship Management: build trust-based relationships to maximize account retention and growth.
• Product Presentation: present and sell the company's product portfolio to B2B or retail accounts.
• Business Development: scout, identify, and convert new business opportunities in the region.
• Performance Metrics: meet or exceed monthly sales targets, revenue quotas, and KPIs.
• Administrative Alignment: submit accurate sales pipeline and market intelligence reports to management.
