Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to cover provincial territories in the Philippines.

The role involves regular field visits to current and potential business accounts, presenting the company’s product portfolio, and building trust-based relationships to drive retention and growth. The successful candidate will actively scout new opportunities, meet monthly sales targets, and prepare timely sales reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduates welcome; sales experience valued but not required.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is a major plus.
• Willingness to perform field/outdoor sales across provincial territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: Conduct regular field visits within assigned territory.
• Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships to maximize retention and growth.
• Product Presentation: Present and sell the company's product portfolio to B2B or retail accounts.
• Business Development: Scout and convert new business opportunities in the region.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Administrative Alignment: Submit sales pipeline and market intelligence reports.
