Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative in the Philippines to drive growth across your assigned provincial territory.

You will conduct regular field visits, present and sell the company’s product portfolio to B2B or retail accounts, build lasting relationships, and work toward monthly targets. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with mobility for outdoor sales.

Qualifications

• Graduation from any 4-year Bachelor's degree course.
• Fresh graduates welcome; sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution networks is a major plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and customer-centric.
• Willing to perform field/outdoor sales across the provincial territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory coverage: regular field visits to existing clients and potential accounts.
• Relationship management to maximize account retention and growth.
• Product presentation: pitch and sell the company's portfolio to diverse B2B or retail accounts.
• Business development: scout, identify, and convert new business opportunities in the region.
• Performance metrics: meet or exceed monthly sales targets, revenue quotas, and KPIs.
• Administrative alignment: prepare and submit accurate, timely sales pipeline and market intelligence reports to management.
