Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is a plus.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to perform field and outdoor sales across provincial territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: Conduct regular field visits to existing clients and potential business accounts within your assigned territory.
• Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with customers to maximize retention and growth.
• Product Presentation: Present and sell the company's product portfolio to diverse B2B or retail accounts.
• Business Development: Scout, identify, and convert new business opportunities in the region.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, revenue quotas, and KPIs.
• Administrative Alignment: Submit accurate sales pipeline and market intelligence reports to management.
