Job summary

PayJoy, a Public Benefit Corporation, is seeking a sales representative to increase originations and integrate new partners in their assigned territory. You will build and maintain relationships with partner retailers through field visits or kiosk sales, providing support, training, and implementation of incentive campaigns to exceed sales objectives.

In this role you will travel to stores, train sales teams, analyze market opportunities, and keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Technical or university studies in business, communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years in Customer Service, software sales, field sales, or telecom.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partner training.
• Results-oriented with proactivity, organization, and resilience.
• Analytical and negotiation skills for store performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and store activation targets by boosting merchant productivity.
• Maintain active merchants from prior month into current month.
• Develop merchant relationships to keep accounts healthy and conversion to PayJoy.
• Visit stores to train sales teams and activate incentive campaigns.
• Analyze market trends to identify sales opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new business partners.
• Keep customer database updated and prepare sales reports.
