• BS Agricultural Graduate is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a sales supervisor in the agrochemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales and collection objectives of the assigned territory in the short term and long term effectively.
• Implement and evaluate sales and marketing programs to ensure product grounding and market share growth.
• Lead and support the market development representatives in liquidating the products at the farmer level.
• Maximize profitability of the territory by creating demand for all products with an emphasis on biologicals and premier products.
