Job summary

KingAgroot CropScience 清原作物科学 seeks a Product Development Manager in the Philippines to lead agrochemical product lines, bridging HQ and local teams, and driving market strategy, product development, and registrations to fuel sustainable growth. You will coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams on NPI launches, field trials, and promotions, and contribute to industry exhibitions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Plant Protection or Agronomy, at least 5 years in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Plant Protection, Agronomy, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in biotechnology, agrochemical, or related industries; international experience a plus.
Strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills; fluent English; proficient in MS Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead market strategy and product line management for agrochemical products in the Philippines.
Coordinate product development, field trials, and efficacy data collection with HQ R&D.
Oversee DA registration schedules and track progress with Regulatory teams.
Drive New Product Introductions (NPI) and launch execution with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with R&D, Registration, and Commercial teams; participate in industry exhibitions and marketing activities.
