Job summary

KingAgroot CropScience 清原作物科学 is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Philippines agrochemical business. The role focuses on herbicide portfolio commercialization, distributor network development, and regional market expansion across North Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

You will build regional sales plans, manage key distributors, organize field trials and farmer training, and drive sales growth while ensuring market compliance and sustainable business practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant agricultural discipline required.
• Minimum 3–5 years agrochemical sales and channel management experience in the Philippines.
• Fluency in English; Tagalog plus regional language skills favored.

Responsibilities

• Develop, screen, secure and manage tier-1 and tier-2 distributors; sign distribution agreements and sustain stable cooperation.
• Build and execute regional annual sales plans, achieve assigned sales turnover, market share and collection targets.
• Organize field trials, field demo days, farmer training and retail promotion activities to build proven efficacy reputation for company products.
• Lead and coach local sales, set KPI, monitor daily execution and improve team performance.
• Track competitor dynamics, collect crop, weed and market data, and deliver regular market briefings and case studies to headquarters.
• Control account receivables, manage contract risks, and avoid any form of agreement breach.
