Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a proactive Tender Support Analyst to assist the Solution Design team in preparing high-quality responses to tenders. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, legal, and finance to align technical and commercial proposals.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. International travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in customer service or pricing in freight forwarding.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Design team during tender stage and handle inquiries.
• Analyze tenders, RFQs, and RFPs for IP&ES with coordination across offices.
• Design technical solutions with SMEs across departments.
• Evaluate tenders for pre-qualification criteria and pricing requirements.
• Prepare compliant, competitive bid responses with contract details.
