Job summary

Summary

The GTM Tender Analyst supports the preparation, coordination and submission of regional and global tender responses. The role ensures accuracy and consistency of data, conducts financial and award analysis, and collaborates with CTM and Product Pricing teams to deliver competitive and compliant offers. The Analyst also contributes to reporting, process improvements, and the overall success ratio of GTM tenders.

Responsibilities

Tender Preparation & Submission

• Ensure all tender files are complete, consistent, and submitted on time.
• Assist in formatting, structuring, and reviewing documents for accuracy and clarity.

Analytical Support

• Conduct margin analysis, rate comparisons, and cost simulations.
• Provide decision-support data to GTM Regional Manager, BD and P&L Owners for sign-off strategy.

Tender Data Consolidation

• Collect and validate tender inputs from CTM teams and/or product procurement/pricing teams.
• Ensure all required data is complete, accurate and aligned with tender requirements.

Pricing & Offer Analysis

• Analyze costs, margins and market benchmarks to support competitive pricing strategies.
• Flag inconsistencies, risks and improvement opportunities in tender offers

Process & Compliance Support

• Ensure tender submissions follow global standards, governance rules, and customer requirements.
• Maintain version control and compliance with GTM governance and customer requirements.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Support the preparation of tender performance reports (win/loss, response times, workload tracking).
• Provide insights into pricing competitiveness and market positioning.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a key support link between GTM Regional Manager, CTM teams, product/pricing and Business Development.
• Facilitate clear communication and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualification

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, business or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in tender management, pricing, procurement, or related freight forwarding function.
• Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI).
