Job summary

Egis in Manila is seeking a Tender Analyst to lead bid development and compliance efforts for complex industrial projects. You will analyse tender documents, assess client expectations, and define the bid strategy in collaboration with the Bid Manager, while identifying technical risks and mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in tender preparation, proposal writing, or project coordination.
• Expertise in developing and managing tender documentation and bid submissions.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex technical specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with tender processes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse tender documents and create a structured compliance matrix.
• Assess project context, client expectations, and technical constraints to inform bid strategy.
• Identify technical risks and contribute to risk mitigation.
• Draft technical sections of bid responses with input from internal experts.
• Ensure content is accurate, coherent and aligned with win strategy.
• Coordinate with operational teams and subcontractors to gather inputs.
• Review and quality-check technical contributions from partners and subcontractors.
• Lead end-to-end bid response on smaller tenders.
• Maintain library of reusable technical content and archiving.
• Contribute to post-bid lessons learned and share best practices.
