Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Significant tender management and business development experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with pricing and profitability analysis.
• Experience leading high-value tenders and resource oversight.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive continuous learning.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Tender Unit Production Centre in APAC.
• Coordinate governance, risk management and process definition.
• Optimise tender submissions with strong storytelling and client alignment.
• Forecast demand and allocate resources across tenders and geographies.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations and business development.
• Drive innovation with CRM, Smartsheet, Power BI to improve submissions.
