Responsibilities

• Takes charge of building and reinforcing a customer responsive culture of the company
• Collaborates with all internal and external stakeholders to develop great customer engagement strategies to guide all phases of customer interactions
• Take the lead to continually acquire best practices in customer care
• Monitors team members if they meet the standard set/timeline
• Provide guidance and supports to team members in analyzing and resolving customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Study and review information gathered by the team and their analysis of complaints for process improvement
• Guide the subordinates to arrive at proper decisions regarding complaints prioritization and communication
• Build a systematic customer feedback mechanism to track customer satisfaction and constantly share updated customer satisfaction feedback to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain updated price list and available units
• Conducts research for pricing and operational improvement of the department
