Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer in Manila to manage tenant relationships and support leasing activities across the full leasing lifecycle.

The role acts as the main liaison between tenants, internal teams, maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers, coordinating requests, contract renewals, viewings, and problem resolution while upholding property standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 1+ year in customer service, tenant relations, or similar role preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with property management systems or CRM is an advantage.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between tenants and internal teams (Finance, Property Management, Maintenance, service providers).
• Coordinate tenant requests, move-in/move-out, unit readiness, and other operational concerns.
• Ensure timely communication, follow-up, and resolution of tenant concerns.
• Explain lease terms, policies, payment structures, and other leasing requirements to tenants.
• Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related documentation for move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.
• Assist in property viewings, oculars, and client visits; support leasing-related activities.
• Manage day-to-day tenant relationships and assist in rent collection as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness and timely repairs.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate tenant records and contracts.
