Hospital Authority - Kowloon Central Cluster invites applications for a Clerical-in-charge role to supervise clerical staff and support a wide range of HR functions in daily operations.
You will coordinate day-to-day work, resolve complex issues with minimal supervision, contribute to HR initiatives such as housing benefits and leave policies, and prepare management reports. Pay: HK$40,220 to HK$51,313 [HGPS pt 16 - 21] per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (aft er deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
As clerical-in-charge to supervise clerical staff and enhance their clerical skills in order to ensure effective daily operation covering a wide spectrum of HR functions.
Co-ordinate day-to-day work, deal with and resolve complex operational issues with minimum supervision, and propose improvement measures for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives, e.g. enhancement of housing benefits, review of leave policies etc.
Provide administrative support, draft correspondences, compile and analyse statistics, and prepare management reports.
Maintain documentation / records, handle enquiries and complaints related to human resources policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
2. Serving staff who have completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 7 years' clerical experience within HA may also be considered.
