Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue.
• Monitor and analyze individual and team performance.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to telesales agents.
• Oversee and participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service.
• Set and review sales targets for the team.
• Continuously assess and improve telesales processes.

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
