Job summary

Cartrack Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to drive revenue through outbound calls and client engagement in Makati. You will communicate the value of our cloud-based IoT platform and services to prospects, and build rapport to close opportunities.

The role requires 1–3 years in telemarketing or telesales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset. On-site in Makati with uncapped commissions and structured mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing or Telesales.
• Outbound calls and presenting products to prospects.
• English plus other dialects (Ilonggo, Bisaya) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Telephone selling to reach out to potential clients through cold calls (corporate and individual).
• Demonstrate how our products address client needs.
• Explore new markets and business opportunities to sell products and services.
• Use pre-written scripts to engage customers and learn their needs.
• Secure sales and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.
• Update customer information in a database and create daily sales reports.
