Job summary

Cartrack Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a results-driven Telesales Associate in Makati to drive revenue through outbound calls and compelling product pitches.

You will articulate the value of our IoT and cloud offerings, build rapport with prospects, and contribute to a fast-growing, technology-driven sales team. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in telemarketing or telesales, are fluent in English (Ilonggo/Bisaya a plus), and thrive under targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing or Telesales.
• Experience in any industry is preferred.
• English plus Ilonggo or Bisaya is a plus.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and proactive.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willing to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to reach potential clients.
• Demonstrate how products address client needs.
• Explore new markets and opportunities to sell products and services.
• Use pre-written scripts to engage prospects and identify needs.
• Maintain quality communication and secure appointments for the sales team.
• Update and record customer information in the database.
• Prepare daily sales reports and updates.
