Job summary

Cartrack Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a Telesales Executive to drive revenue through outbound calls and to articulate the value of its IoT-powered cloud platform. You will join a dynamic sales team and connect with prospects, building rapport and closing opportunities.

The role emphasizes a results-oriented attitude, excellent communication, and ability to work in a fast-growing environment with uncapped commissions and supportive mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Telemarketing/Telesales or related fields.
• Telemarketing/Telesales experience in any industry is a plus.
• English skills; knowledge of other dialects (Ilonggo, Bisaya) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, initiative, and target-focused.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Telephone selling to reach out to potential clients through cold calls.
• Demonstrate how products address client needs.
• Explore new markets and business opportunities.
• Use scripts to present products and understand customer needs.
• Record customer information in a database and maintain engagement.
• Create daily sales reports and updates.
