Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring a Telesales Associate in Pampanga. You will call leads, answer incoming calls about cash loans, and close sales with effective product positioning. You will join a team with daily huddles, shifting schedules, and a focus on meeting CRM KPI targets.

The role includes training participation, adherence to company policies, and opportunities for performance bonuses. Ideal candidates communicate in Tagalog and English, have at least a high school diploma, and reside

Qualifications

• Communication in Tagalog & English (written & oral).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, be adaptable and assertive.
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate.
• Currently residing in Pampanga.
• At least 25 Mbps Internet connection.

• Close a sale through proper product positioning
• Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets
• Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training
• Works on a shifting schedule (holidays and weekends as needed)
• Strictly adheres/ follows company Employee Discipline Policy and Guidelines
• Regularly participates in available and relevant business and systems training
• Regularly shares selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• Communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
• Must have basic computer skills
• Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
• Currently Residing in Pampanga
