Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a dynamic Telesales Specialist to drive cash loan product sales from existing leads. You will handle outbound calls and answer inbound inquiries, aiming to close deals with strong product positioning.

Successful candidates will possess bilingual communication in Tagalog and English, basic computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment at Vertis, Quezon City. Shifts include holidays and weekends as needed.

• High School level education or equivalent.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Call leads from an existing database of current clients to introduce a new financial product
• Answer incoming calls regarding cash loans and close a sale
• Close a sale through proper product positioning
• Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets
• Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training
• Attends monthly department townhalls.
• Works on a shifting schedule (holidays and weekends as needed)
• Strictly adheres/ follows company Employee Discipline Policy and Guidelines
• Regularly participates in available and relevant business and systems training
• Regularly shares selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles
