Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Telesales Representative to work from home in the Philippines. You will call leads, respond to inquiries about cash loans, and close sales with effective product positioning.

The role requires meeting CRM telesales KPIs, attending daily huddles, and working a shifting schedule including holidays and weekends. A high school diploma and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Residing in Pampanga, Philippines.
• Must have minimum 25 Mbps internet connection.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Call leads from an existing database of current clients to introduce a new financial product
• Answer incoming calls regarding cash loans and close a sale
• Close a sale through proper product positioning
• Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets
• Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training
• Works on a shifting schedule (holidays and weekends as needed)
• Strictly adheres/ follows company Employee Discipline Policy and Guidelines
• Regularly participates in available and relevant business and systems training
• Regularly shares selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• Must have basic computer skills
• Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
• Currently Residing in Pampanga
• At least 25 MBPS Internet Connection
