Adventus is seeking a proactive Sales/Lead Generation professional to join our Makati team. You will generate and qualify leads through cold-calling, build strong client relationships, and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective customers by phone.

Additionally, you will manage and update leads in CRM, follow up on all inquiries, and communicate via email and LinkedIn. Strong English, time management, and basic IT knowledge are essential; CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Must have basic IT knowledge.
• Aggressive and results-oriented.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
