Job summary

Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation in Makati is seeking an experienced Tele-sales Supervisor to lead the telesales team, manage daily lead assignment, and drive loan bookings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent, with at least 5 years in telesales or related fields and proven leadership, presentation, and direct channel sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day to day operation of the Telesales team.

• Maintains and protects the integrity of the information encoded in the system.
• Monitors all account related transactions beginning with lead generation, contact, conversion and booking of loans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the day to day operation of the Telesales team.
• Oversees daily assignment of Sales Leads and assigns to telesales agents.

• Monitors all account related transactions beginning with lead generation, contact, conversion and booking of loans.
• Performance Management monitoring for Tele Sales agents in terms of performance improvement, recognition and handling of administration and disciplinary actions for the Tele Sales team.
