Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is hiring in Manila for a Customer Operations role within the Medical Operations team. You will ensure practitioners have the tools and support to deliver timely care and manage consult queues to keep patients seen within the window.

Responsibilities include onboarding new practitioners, resolving operational issues, and sharing insights to improve patient experience. You’ll work rostered shifts, including weekends, in a fast-paced telehealth environment with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, operations or practitioner/patient-facing roles.
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems such as Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, rostering tools (Deputy).
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy on structured processes.
• Clear, confident communicator with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Practical problem-solver who can fix technical and operational issues.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving telehealth environment with weekend rosters.

Responsabilités

• Practitioner support: first point of contact for practitioners and pharmacy partners; respond promptly and relay feedback.
• Consult queue monitoring: oversee queues during your shift to keep patients within call windows.
• Issue resolution and escalation: diagnose and resolve operational/technical issues; escalate when needed.
• Practitioner onboarding and training: coordinate onboarding and train on telehealth platform/tools.
• Insights: share feedback with clinical services and wider business to improve patient experience.
• End-to-end ownership: own an area (e.g., payments, timesheets, onboarding) with accountability for accuracy and timeliness.
