Job summary

Eucalyptus Manila is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to empower healthcare practitioners by ensuring timely, accurate tools and information. You will be the first contact for practitioner partners and help maintain smooth telehealth operations.

You will monitor consult queues, resolve issues, onboard new practitioners, and share insights to improve patient care—roster includes weekends. This role blends operational rigor with a passion for reliable digital health services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, operations or practitioner/patient-facing roles.
• Proficient with digital tools (Sheets, Notion, Slack) and rostering tools.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy on structured, repeatable processes.
• Clear, confident communicator with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Practical problem-solver able to spot and fix common tech/ops issues.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving telehealth environment with weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Practitioner support: first contact for practitioners and pharmacy partners; respond promptly and relay feedback to teams.
• Consult queue monitoring: track queues during shift and act per guidelines to keep call windows tight.
• Issue resolution & escalation: diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues; escalate complex cases.
• Practitioner onboarding and training: coordinate onboarding and train on telehealth platform & tools.
• Insights: share feedback with clinical services and business teams to improve care and systems.
• End-to-end ownership: own a sub-function (e.g., payments, timesheets, onboarding) with accountability.
