Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Telehealth Operations Specialist to support healthcare professionals delivering ongoing treatment. You will ensure practitioners have the tools and backing to deliver care and that patients are seen on time.

Join a multidisciplinary Medical Operations team in a fast-moving telehealth environment. You will handle practitioner onboarding, issue resolution, and queue monitoring while contributing to patient experience improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, operations or practitioner/patient-facing roles.
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems; familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, rostering tools like Deputy, and basic automation tools (Zapier).
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy on structured, repeatable processes.
• Clear and confident communicator with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Practical problem-solver who can spot and fix common technical and operational issues.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving telehealth environment and comfortable with rostered shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Practitioner support: serve as first point of contact for practitioners and pharmacy partners; collect feedback for teams.
• Consult queue monitoring: oversee queues during shifts to ensure timely patient care within call windows.
• Issue resolution and escalation: diagnose and resolve operational/technical issues quickly; escalate when needed.
• Practitioner onboarding and training: coordinate onboarding; provide access and platform/tool training.
• Insights: share patient and practitioner feedback with clinical services and broader teams.
• End-to-end ownership: own a defined area (e.g., payments, timesheets, onboarding) for accuracy and continuous improvement.
