Job summary

Inferno Partners is seeking a hands-on Telegram Ads Specialist to plan, buy and optimize paid campaigns on Telegram for iGaming across PH, MX, TR and IN. You will own budgets, targeting, creatives and tracking, and follow the funnel from Starts to ROI daily.

You should be fluent in performance media buying, with deep knowledge of tracking, UTMs, and postbacks, and comfortable coordinating with local teams and resellers.

Qualifications

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Telegram Ads platform across PH, MX, TR and IN.
• Set up and maintain tracking for every campaign (UTMs, deep links, postbacks).
• Manage monthly ad budgets and bids by GEO, monitor ROI and cost per stage.
• Demonstrate experience buying Telegram traffic for iGaming or adjacent sectors.
• Understand Telegram channels, resellers, and authentic audience sourcing.

Inferno Partners is our affiliate partner program powering player acquisition for our iGaming business across PH, MX, TR and IN and Telegram is a growing acquisition channel for us. We're looking for a hands‑on Telegram Ads Specialist who can plan, buy and optimize paid campaigns on Telegram (Telegram Ads platform and channel placements) and turn ad spend into registered, depositing players.

You'll own budgets, targeting, creatives and tracking, and you'll follow the funnel every day: Starts, Registers, FTD and ROI. We'll provide onboarding, tracking setup and local-language support, but you should already understand the fundamentals of performance media buying and how Telegram traffic works.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on the Telegram Ads platform (direct and via official resellers) across PH, MX, TR and IN
• Buy and manage placements in Telegram channels and bot networks (source channels, vet audiences, negotiate prices, schedule posts)
• Set up and maintain tracking for every campaign (start parameters, deep links, UTMs, postbacks/pixels) so every Start, Register and FTD is attributed to its source
• Brief and test creatives (ad copy, images, short video, bot/channel landing flow) with the design team and local teams
• Follow the KPI funnel daily: Starts, Registers, FTD, ROI (plus cost per stage) by campaign, channel and GEO
• Manage daily budgets and bids by GEO: cut what doesn't convert, scale what does
• Keep campaigns within Telegram's advertising rules and each market's regulations
• Produce clear weekly reporting: what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing next.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience buying Telegram traffic for iGaming (casino/sportsbook) OR strong adjacent experience (forex/CFD/trading/fintech/apps) with performance‑based acquisition
• Hands‑on with the Telegram Ads platform and/or channel placements, including sourcing and vetting channels (real audience vs bought subscribers, engagement, pricing)
• Able to follow and act on KPI metrics: Starts, Registers, FTD, ROI, and the cost per stage behind them
• Solid understanding of tracking and attribution (deep links, start parameters, postbacks, UTMs)
• Has managed monthly ad budgets and can show results (spend, cost per FTD, ROI by GEO or campaign)
• Analytical mindset: you can read performance data and make decisions quickly

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with Telegram Ads resellers, channel owners or ad networks in PH, MX, TR or IN
• Experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Binom) and Telegram bot or funnel builders
• Experience with multiple GEOs and optimizing by GEO/offer/creative
• Additional languages (Filipino/Taglish, Spanish, Turkish, Hindi).
