Job summary

IGO Digital Technology Inc. is seeking a Content & Community Manager to own Casino Plus PH's Telegram, Facebook, and Viber channels, crafting engaging campaigns from concept through launch and review.

You will write concise copy in English and Taglish, plan content calendars, and produce on-brand visuals with Canva, while tracking engagement metrics and optimizing results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in community, social media, or content operations.
• Experience with Telegram, Viber, or Facebook Groups preferred.
• Strong copywriting in English and Taglish.
• Able to generate fresh engagement ideas and understand drivers of retention and reactivation.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.

• Ability to drive a campaign from idea to launch to review.

This role owns the content and community vibe across Casino Plus PH's Telegram, Facebook, and Viber channels. Your job is to make players want to stay, join in, and keep coming back. You'll take each campaign from idea to launch to review.

Responsibilities

This role owns content planning and creative execution for Casino Plus PH's Telegram, Facebook, and Viber channels.

• Plan content and interactive activities such as campaign themes, topics, polls, prediction games, check-in challenges, and limited-time events with effective mechanics to drive engagement and participation.
• Write campaign announcements, push messages, reminders, and short-form copy; Adapt the tone to each platform and audience, using natural Taglish.
• Create basic visuals (posters, banners, campaign graphics) in Canva or similar tools. Make sure they are on-brand and easy to read on mobile, and work with internal designers on more complex pieces. Responsible for the quality of all visuals and contents.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with product and marketing plans.
• Track reach, engagement, clicks, participation, and conversion. Share a post-campaign review with recommendations after each key campaign.
• Work with product, development, and customer support teams to launch campaigns and handle related issues.
• Keep all content compliant with platform rules and responsible gaming standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years in community, social media, or content operations. Experience with Telegram, Viber, or Facebook Groups is preferred.
• Strong copywriting in English and Taglish, with the ability to quickly write short, punchy content in an entertainment tone.
• Able to keep coming up with fresh engagement ideas, with a good understanding of what drives community engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Data-minded: comfortable with basic metrics and Excel or Google Sheets, and able to adjust content based on results.
• Able to drive a campaign independently from idea to launch to review.

Nice to have

• A background in iGaming, gaming, esports, crypto communities, or e-commerce live streaming
• Experience with Telegram bots or community management tools
