Job summary

Pacific Data Resources (Asia) Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional in the Philippines. You will draft proposals, manage contract negotiations, and generate telecom leads while coordinating with clients and internal teams. Travel locally and overseas is required as needed.

You will present to diverse audiences, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through milestone payments and timely closures. Strong MS Office and CRM skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to present to varied audiences.
• Enthusiastic and achievement-driven.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.
• Ability to understand client needs and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Draft proposals for software, development and maintenance services.
• Handle contract reviews and negotiations with customers.
• Generate leads in the telecommunications industry.
• Attend business meetings and coordinate with customers.
• Turn leads into closed sales and grow revenue.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients in telecom.
• Determine milestone payments and ensure revenue realization.
