Job summary

First Focus, a growing MSP in Manila, seeks a Sales Support Officer to manage telecommunications quotes, procurement, and supplier relationships. You’ll handle orders, provisioning and delivery tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely service for customers.

You’ll collaborate with Technical Account Managers and suppliers, using Excel and ConnectWise Sell to prepare competitive quotes. This role blends admin precision with commercial insight in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, procurement, purchasing, order management or telecommunications administration.
• Understanding of telecommunications products and services, or experience with technology suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing quotations, processing orders and checking invoices.
• Confidence with Microsoft Excel, including pricing comparisons and quotation preparation.
• Experience with ConnectWise Sell or ConnectWise Manage would be fantastic but isn’t essential.
• Good commercial awareness, including understanding pricing, margins and supplier costs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests without losing track of priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to follow up with suppliers, customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Creating accurate telecommunications quotations, researching solutions, completing service qualifications and preparing competitive quotes using Excel and ConnectWise Sell.
• Supporting Technical Account Managers, helping them find the right telecommunications products and services for our customers.
• Finding great deals, researching suppliers, comparing pricing and negotiating commercially sensible outcomes.
• Managing procurement from start to finish, including supplier selection, purchase orders, stock availability, delivery timelines and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinating telecommunications provisioning, ordering new services, tracking installations and keeping projects moving.
• Maintaining accurate records, updating ConnectWise Manage tickets, tracking backorders and ensuring nothing disappears into the administrative abyss.
• Building strong supplier relationships, staying across new products, pricing changes, market developments and better purchasing opportunities.
• Identifying ways to improve processes, reduce unnecessary complexity and make life easier for our customers and colleagues.
