Job summary

First Focus is seeking a Sales Support Officer in Manila to manage quotes, procurement, supplier relationships and service provisioning within a hybrid work setup. You’ll collaborate with Technical Account Managers and customers to source, quote, order and deliver telecom solutions, while maintaining ConnectWise Manage records and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, procurement, purchasing, order management or telecommunications administration.
• Understanding of telecommunications products and services, or experience with technology suppliers and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing quotations, processing orders and checking invoices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness, including pricing, margins and supplier costs.

Responsibilities

• Creating accurate telecommunications quotations, researching solutions and preparing competitive quotes using Excel and ConnectWise Sell.
• Supporting Technical Account Managers to find the right telecom products and services for customers.
• Finding great deals by researching suppliers, comparing pricing and negotiating outcomes.
• Managing procurement from start to finish, including supplier selection, POs, stock availability, delivery timelines and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinating provisioning, ordering new services, tracking installations and keeping projects moving.
• Keeping stakeholders informed when delivery estimates shift.
• Maintaining records in ConnectWise Manage, tracking backorders and avoiding missing items.
• Building strong supplier relationships and staying updated on pricing and market developments.
