Job summary

First Focus in Manila is seeking a Sales Support Officer to coordinate telecommunications quotes, procurement and provisioning. You will work closely with Technical Account Managers, suppliers and customers to source, quote, order and deliver telecom solutions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive follow-up with suppliers, and keeping processes simple in a hybrid Manila environment. Excellent English and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, procurement, purchasing, order management or telecommunications administration.
• Understanding of telecommunications products/services or experience with technology suppliers/vendors.
• Strong attention to detail in quotations, orders and invoices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for pricing comparisons and quotations.
• Experience with ConnectWise Sell or ConnectWise Manage is a bonus.
• Good commercial awareness including pricing, margins and supplier costs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate telecommunications quotations and prepare competitive quotes using Excel and ConnectWise Sell.
• Support Technical Account Managers by finding suitable telecom products/services for customers.
• Research suppliers, compare pricing and negotiate sensible outcomes.
• Manage procurement from start to finish including PO creation, stock, delivery timelines and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinate telecom provisioning: ordering, tracking installations and keeping projects moving.
• Keep stakeholders informed when delivery estimates change or backorders occur.
• Maintain records in ConnectWise Manage and track backorders.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and stay updated on pricing and market developments.
