Job summary

You will distribute and track documents to stakeholders, ensure accuracy and proper storage, and support reports and presentations. Telecom documentation experience is a plus.

• Developing and implementing document control processes and procedures to support project activities
• Collecting, organising, and maintaining all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence
• Distributing and tracking project documents to relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and proper storage of all project documentation
• Providing support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation
• Collaborating with project team members to identify and resolve document-related issues
• Maintaining electronic and physical document archives in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• With experience in Telcommunication documentation
