Job summary

CallTek is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support customer service orders and projects from initiation through completion. You will work with customers, vendors, project managers, sales, engineering, and internal operations to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, meticulous planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or orders.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Experience in telecom/order management preferred.
• Onsite work in Davao City, Cebu City, or GenSan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track customer orders/projects from assignment through installation, activation, and completion.
• Provide clear, timely status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, milestones, and notes.
• Manage multiple priorities using Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, and other tools.
• Coordinate site surveys, installation schedules, vendor activities, and activation calls.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and report risks to leadership.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, sales, engineering, and operations via email/Teams.
• Handle escalations with urgency and involve project leadership when needed.
• Assist KPI tracking, forecasting, reporting, and overall project delivery.
• Maintain high customer service levels and drive on-time completion.
