Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead Project Support Services in the Philippines.

The role covers full life-cycle management of telecom projects within the region, coordinating clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to deliver on time, within budget and per contract. The candidate will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, risk and safety compliance, site delivery, acceptance and handover, and regular reporting with recovery plans to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of Project Management experience in telecommunications infrastructure or base-station projects.
• Experience in PSS projects or telecommunications operator projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project management processes: planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, cost control, change management, site delivery, acceptance and handover, closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle within the assigned region, from planning to handover and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, approved schedules, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Coordinate project resources and site activities to support timely delivery.
• Develop regional project plans, WBS, and milestone schedules; monitor progress against timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with status updates and recovery plans.
• Liaise with operator clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams on requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor costs, budgets, PO/invoices and ensure proper documentation and closeout.
