Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale projects from inception to handoff. This on-site role requires coordinating with business and IT stakeholders, engineers, and developers to deliver on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure or software deployments, and strong communication skills. PMP/CSM/CSPO are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing technology/ software projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing technology and process implementation projects.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure projects such as telecom deployments and IT network setup for new buildings or new lines of business.
• Experience with enterprise-level software deployment projects.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP, CSM, CSPO, or other project certifications preferred.
• Proven vendor management skills.
• Excellent attitude and ability to work with all levels of business and IT management.
• BPO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project implementations from contract initiation through build completion.
• Engage all necessary functional areas of the business by gathering required data.
• Communicate with customers to define and deliver technical specifications for projects.
• Take overall project ownership, including scoping, creating project plans, establishing milestones, and managing engineering resources.
• Manage daily project tasks, including communications, risk management, testing scripts, issue logs, and act as a liaison between engineering resources and customer expectations.
• Participate in sprint planning meetings with technical engineers and developers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while pushing projects to completion.
• Assist peers with high-risk projects mid-stream to resolve complex customer situations and drive projects to successful completion.
• Manage and update project details using various PM tools.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external technical and non-technical teams.
• Keep internal stakeholders and executive leadership informed of project status updates and key issues.
