Qualifications

• At least 5 years proven experience in telco management, preferably in last mile.
• Graduate of ECE or any engineering course.
• Preferably with Operation Management Certificate.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Keen to details and outstanding people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and strategic direction to the diverse workforce for installation and maintenance projects, including cable quality management across Cavite for copper and fiber services in residential and business establishments.
• Assumes operations management from concept to implementation phase for communications initiatives; conducts routine inspection and audit of service standards to maintain the highest quality of service.
• Demonstrates leadership capabilities to drive team engagement, accountability and performance excellence to meet KPI and contractual obligations.
• Assists in developing the project's contingency and risk management plan.
• Directly interfaces with clients and coordinates with PLDT to deliver service to customers; plans operations and enforces policies and procedures.
• Oversees workload distribution, ensures SLAs are met while maintaining safety compliance, and evaluates team performance for training needs.
