FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced O&M Manager to lead telecom operations in Cebu City. The role focuses on ensuring high network availability, managing field engineers, dispatch teams, and subcontractors, and upholding client SLAs.

You will drive escalation processes, MTTR tracking, RCA investigations, and continuous improvement across multiple regional sites in the Philippines. Fluency in English and Tagalog is essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of operational experience in Telecommunications Operations & Maintenance (O&M) / Managed Services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in network maintenance operations, fault management, NOC escalation protocols, and preventive/corrective maintenance workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of SLA/KPI management, particularly Availability, MTTR, and MTBF for both passive and active sites.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale field engineering teams, dispatch teams, NOC operators, and subcontractors across multiple regions in the Philippines.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify network failure trends, optimize resource allocation, and develop operational performance dashboards.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog, with strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Telecommunications Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure high network availability and compliance with client SLAs.
• Lead and manage field maintenance teams, dispatch engineers, and subcontractors for 24/7 emergency restoration and corrective maintenance (CM), as well as routine preventive maintenance (PM).
• Establish and maintain operational workflows, emergency response procedures, and escalation matrices for site outages and major network incidents.
• Monitor NOC trouble-ticket queues, track MTTR and other operational KPIs, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical site failures.
• Manage operational logistics, including toolkits, test equipment, spare parts, and inventory (SPARE/SPM) required for daily field maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with client operations leads, regional site owners, Local Government Units (LGUs), and utility providers to resolve complex operational issues and site-access challenges.
• Conduct regular operational performance reviews and site-quality audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize O&M costs, service quality, and overall operational performance.
