Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned telecom infrastructure program manager to lead copper dismantling, fiber rollout, and large asset recovery projects. You will ensure end-to-end workflows, safety compliance, and effective coordination with PLDT management and field teams.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom projects with 3+ years in PM/supervisory positions, strong documentation discipline, and willingness to travel across regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Priodirectworkingexperience with PLDT or FiberHome projects.
• Familiarity with the Metro Manila and surrounding telecom network layouts.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience handling large-scale asset recovery or decommissioning projects.
• Experience: minimum 5 years progressive experience in telecom infrastructure projects; at least 3 years in project management/supervisory roles specifically on copper network dismantling, fiber rollout, or large asset recovery projects.
• Work Location: willing to be based in Metro Manila and travel frequently across assigned regions; can do extended site visits and fieldwork.
• Availability: can start immediately or within agreed timeline; flexible to adjust schedule for site emergencies and stakeholder meetings.
