Responsibilities

• Provides operational and strategic direction to the diverse workforce for installation and maintenance projects, including cable quality management across Cavite for copper and fiber services in residential and business establishments.
• Assumes operations management from concept to implementation phase for communications initiatives; conducts routine inspection and audit of service standards to maintain the highest quality of service.
• Demonstrates leadership capabilities to drive team engagement, accountability and performance excellence to meet KPI and contractual obligations.
• Assists in developing the project's contingency and risk management plan.
• Directly interfaces with clients and coordinates with PLDT to deliver service to customers; plans operations and enforces policies and procedures.
• Oversees workload distribution, ensures SLAs are met while maintaining safety compliance, and evaluates team performance for training needs.

About the role

• Provides operational and strategic direction to the diverse workforce for installation and maintenance projects, including cable quality management across Cavite for copper and fiber services in residential and business establishments
• Assumes operations management from concept to implementation phase for communications initiatives; conducts routine inspection and audit of service standards to maintain the highest quality of service
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities that drive team engagement, accountability and performance excellence to boost the performance and morale of the operations teams to meet operations KPI and all contractual obligations
• Assists in the development of the project's contingency and risk management plan
• Directly interfaces with both internal and external clients to meet service requirements; coordinates close communication and cooperation with PLDT in relation to delivery of service to customers
• Plans work operations, implements operational policies and procedures, distributes workload within available workforce and manages business objectives through innovation, flexibility and creativity
• Oversees work of all areas of responsibility; ensures service orders and tickets dispatched for the day are completed within required SLAs without sacrificing quality and safety compliance
• Evaluates the performance of Operation teams; recommends training and development to enhance skills and competencies of Operation staff
• Extends assistance to other departments to achieve operational needs and objectives
