Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, industrial tech, business management, or related field.
2–6 years experience as Supervisor telecom projects; infrastructure and construction experience are big advantages.
Proven experience handling large volume projects with strict timeline requirements.
Knowledge of Philippine safety regulations (DOLE-OSHC) and site operations.
Familiar with copper cable handling, sorting, stripping, and weighing processes.
Strong leadership, discipline, and ability to work long hours / shifts.
Proficient in MS Office, reporting, and basic documentation.
Valid safety officer training or certification is an advantage.
Able to work Night Shift: 8pm - 5am.
Based in Metro Manila; willing to travel to project sites.
